DR. WILLIAM BROOKS

Dr. William Brooks is proud to call the Big Island home and to continue the extraordinary legacy of Dr. Randall Cislo, whose compassion and dedication set the standard for dentistry in Waimea. It is a true honor to carry forward a practice built on such integrity, with the same heart and intention.

Raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and beginning his career in Austin, TX, Dr. Brooks found his true home in Hawaii. A graduate with honors from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in 2016, he practiced in Kahului, Maui before relocating to Waimea, where he immediately felt at home. He brings advanced clinical skill, modern technology, and genuinely personal, judgment-free care to every patient.

Passionate about reshaping the dental experience, Dr. Brooks aims to make every visit comforting, transparent, and human, breaking the old norms of intimidating or anxiety-inducing dentistry.

Outside the office, he enjoys spending time in and near the ocean and exploring everything Big Island has to offer. He and his wife, Ashley—recently married in September 2025—share their home with their beloved 15-year-old Shiba Inu, Maya, and love traveling together and experiencing new cultures.

Opening his own practice in Waimea, continuing Dr. Cislo’s remarkable legacy, is one of the greatest privileges of his career.
